    1914 EK Maker Mark Question

    Hi all,

got this EK 2 lately. Maker Mark is "V". Can someone tell me, which maker this was?

    Jens around here?

    best,
    Gerd

Gerd, are you sure it's a "V"? That looks exactly like the one I have with a tall thin "N". Perhaps yours is the "N" where the punch did not hit the entire ring? Could be? The "V" mark tends to be quite easy to make out; here is my "V"

I also think it is a "N" (Neuhaus & Söhne, Berlin).

Thanks, guys . You are probably right. On a closer look it could be a part of a "N", but one of the sides is missing, so that there is just a "V" visible.
