Widows/Next of Kin Ehrenkreuz in groups?

I only have one lone ribbon bar with the widow’s / next of kin version of the Hindenburg Cross, a solo. What other sorts of ribbon bar or medal bar groupings have been seen with that particular medal in them?<O</O
