      Yes, imo a modern fake.

Evaluate the item, not the story and not the seller's reputation!

If you PM/contact me without the courtesy of using your first name, please don't be offended if I politely ignore you!

In my opinion the first is absolutely fake (called the "New German Fake," in a nod to Fassbinder).
The second is a genuine TR-era copy made by S&L and marked 4.

The New German Fake is known with many, many different pins and marks, and both 1914 and 1939 cores.
          Best regards,

The first one is no KO that's for sure. The second one does look ok. It is a TR era cross with a TR ear mark. A nice collectible IMO.

Run away from that last one as fast as you can. This is one of the most
common FAKES currently making the rounds through ebay.

It's been called the pumpkin crown fake for obvious reasons. (just look
at the crown). It can be found in all sorts of variations and I've started
seeing some that have been aged pretty convincingly.

Crikey Greg, there are so many variations of that Monstrosity, I see one even comes with a fake case.
