There are some strange details. The very bright gold color and the enameled parts look unusual and on the back side is another strange detail.....

I am not sure.
I know only of two types of needles, a double wire pen type,and the one posted here:

Also the soldier has not that much detail. Please post a picture with the pin down.

Love to have one, but like evrything else a minefield for me.
