rare Panzerabzeichen on Photo?

Just got this nice freikorps Photo, which is not dated.
One of the soldiers wears a badge, could it be the "Erinnerungsabzeichen für die ehemaligen Besatzungen deutscher Kampfwagen" ?

Looks like a pilot's badge to me.

I guess the Pilot badge would fit better in time.

Please notice at least 3 different Freikorps Abzeichen and 1 soldier with death heads insignia in his cap

It should be a flyers badge because on the top it looks much more like the crown of the flyer badges than the skull of the tank badges....

Can you get a better picture of the collar badge of the sitting guy on the left? Hard to guess what it could be.
