Looks like a GREAT Red Cross bar to me, though the Rising Sun ribbon appears to be a "close enough, he'll never notice" Italian Crown instead.

I like this bar too... Yesterday I asked for better pictures of the front and of the reverse... The seller didn't reply, yet. As Rick said, I think that this medal bar will surely be sold at a very high price... you will see!

Hmmm... I still don't like it. The Golden MVM of Württemberg together with such a lot of red cross awards including a french one?

You may have a very good point there about the GOLD MMM-- something notoriously "gilded" and "upgraded" from silvers... but all the REST of the bar looks fine to me.

Interesting up date on this medal bar just incase one of us is bidding on it. I sent this auction to a friend in Germany who has a wonderful Wurttemburg medal bar collection. Probally one of the best there is. Here is his response to it. Food for thought my friends Mike
