Name of buttonhole miniatures in German?

What are the little buttonhole miniature medal groups called in German? (I'm trying to put together German headings for a project I'm working on, and I haven't a clue where to begin for these guys.)

"Ordensknöpfe mit Bandschliefchen" are what Steinhauer & Lück's 1939 catalog called the lapel bow ribbons. With danglies, I suppose "mit Miniaturen."

Aren't they 'Knopflochdekorationen' or something similar?

Yep, "Knopflochdekoration" or "Knopflochminiatur" is right.
