This in the middle is the famous Bulgarian general Jekov, I think. To the left of him, with the black leather coat, is prince Kiril. To the right there is one more short black coat, the one in him is Kiril's elder brother, later known as king Boris III /but yet not a king on this picture/.
Also there are two Germans on this picture. I am curious, is it possible to find out who they are? Do they look familiar to you?

...BTW looks a little bit like Uncle Fester Adams, but probably it's not him
