1914 Ek2 Fr or A

Hello guys
After looking at the study of 'A' marked crosses I realised a 'Fr' cross I have has a similar 'A' mark aswell.
I always assumed that this was just some kind of inspection mark but now I'm not so sure .
What do you think as I can't decide whether to list it as an 'A' or an 'Fr'.

But what do you make of the 'A' marking ?
Would you say it was just an inspection mark as I first thought , it just seemed very much like the close up photo on the 'A' made crosses.

Ian , Im not really sure why these extra markings appear on some crosses , I know many believe them to be inspection marks . I have a WS marked EK2 with an A ,just like the one on your cross, except its stamped on the small ring .

Anybody else have any thoughts
