    German made Turkish awards

Can anyone help identify or relate this logo marking on these cases to a German/Austrian manufacturer perhaps, or indeed other?

Jim's case is of TR manufacture, it's of an earlier wartime guise and I'd suspect the earliest this VERY example would perhaps date from is in and around the time of the inception of the LDO - due to the base type.

This other example depicted below is purported as Imperial, does anyone recognise the logo please?

Sure this is a German maker's mark? I'd rather think it is Ottoman... but since I cannot read Ottoman...

            Turkish Case

            Hello,
I was once told it is some type of sanskrit. I do believe it is an Ottoman or some sort of Islamic symbol.

Thanks guys. It just so happens saschaw Jody pm'd me this morning regarding the Sanskrit and I indeed looked at the Ottoman alphabet quickly this morning.

Needless to say I haven't discovered anything yet.

                not ottoman script

The reason is; it is not Ottoman script, I think it is the mark of the jeweller.
