My first 1914 EK II. Has anybody else seen a maker mark in this location?

My first 1914 EK II.

I got it for such a good price from a friend that it coudn't say no.
The center is a little loose and I am not sure about the ribbon.

Has anybody else seen this maker mark in this location?
I checked the 1914 EK11 markers forum and it seems they are often seen on the large ring.

The maker mark is W(B?).

Looks very nice. A well-known core. I think the ribbon looks good. I've not seen marks on the jump ring, but perhaps someone with some more experience has? Overall a lovely piece.

I have one like this,i think you will find it is a "we",mine is also marked on the ring,but has no loose core.
