German Imperial Pin?

I got this pin in a box lot at a local auction. I know a lot more about the WWII items. This is about 1 5/16" in diamiter and has inlaid porcelain. Anybody know what it is?

I'm not so sure it is German. The background colors of the roundel seem to be the Belgian colors (red, yellow, black).

Yes, it is red yellow and black with a light blue and white stripe. The red is pebbled just the way an NSDAP pin would be. Really looks German made at least.
