WWI Bavarian 5 Place Medal Bar

Posted for comments and identification please. From left to right I believe the medals to be - I/C 2nd Class, Bavarian Merit Cross 3rd Class, Hindenburg Cross w/Crossed Swords, ???, and Bavarian 9 Year Service Medal. I don't know what the medal 4th to the right is. Does anyone see any issues with authenticity? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

    Chuck

Thanks for the info. What is the Bavarian Jubilee Medal? Is this a WWI set of medals, or earlier? Thanks again,

                      Chuck

Thanks Don, Does this set date to WWI, or earlier? Also, would you happen to know what the Jubilee medal was awarded for? Regards, Chuck

The Jubilee medal dates to 1905,and i believe it denotes the 70th anniversary of Prinzregent Luitpold Karl Joseph Wilhelm Ludwig von Bayern's entry into the Bavarian Army. I am suprised the LS medal is onlya 9 year medal. perhaps he got out prior to The Great War but re-enlisted after the start of thewar

as has been stated a VERY nice NCO bar

This bar would not have been put together prior to the war due at least in part to the 1914 Iron Cross, which was not instituted till World War One, not before, and the Hindenburg Cross, which was not introduced till 1934, during the Third Reich era, to commemerate participation in World War One. Any bar with a Hindenburg Cross on it, and there are many, would have been done 1934 or later.
