I have been asked to post this 10 ribbon bar here by Ron Weinland, US dealer, collector and author of books relating to edged weapons of the HJ and NPEA.
He hopes that the recipient of the bar can be identified, perhaps to enhance his resale value, perhaps not, I don't know.
I do know for every question he asks, he answers 50, he gives a lot more than he takes, don't know about inter forum politics.. because it's boring, like the unswaztastic weird stuff you creepy folk down here collect.
Lundstrom is busy, but he will fail his task, a runner with one eye on the trophy (Arwen Underme as she was known in elfschool ) will always hit the fences.
Perhaps another of your number can ID the man for Ron.
