Hi Folks, saw this at the artillery museum in Saint Petersburg and found it quite interesting. They also had what looked to be a very original captured Napoleonic Standarte.

The Kulm cross was made of very thin sheetmetal. Not cast as this one

Kulymsky Krest
Nagrada utshastnikom srazhenya pri Kulymye w awguste 1813 goda.
Izgotowlyalas wo wrema zagranitshnogo pohoda.
And my translation:
Kulm Cross
Awarded to participants of the Kulm battle in August 1813.
Made in the time of the foreign march.
