This item in my opinion just doesn't look or sound right, the quality of the piece is shoddy, the suspension loop looks brand new & the above statement just doesn't ring true..
It would also be interesting to know if the COA is an original...

NO penalty for an item that does not reach the reserve so must be the other option.
I think pulling an item in such a manner is not kosher, should be cracked down on because it's not fair to the bidders.

Okay, I am neither an expert nor an authority on PLM’s; but I have got to say it. The twelve and six o’clock arms on this cross appear to me to be considerably longer and narrower than the three and nine o’clock arms. This could be camera/scanner distortion or it may be proper.
