Wound Badge Opinoins Sought

I've had two badges on my shelf for about four years. I thought I would post them and get some opinions. Both of them are iron metal. I'm trying to determine if they are imperial production, third reich production pieces for great war veterans, or if their junk. If their good, they stay in th collection for 2009. If not, their toast!!! Here are the photos...
