I have been offered this cross on below pictures.Is it good one and if so how much worth in that condition?

Thanks for the NICE pictures of a BAD Iron Cross. If you do a forum search for "9th bead fake" you'll find several threads about this apparently modern fake. They're made from original WWI frames and faked 1870 cores, and are indeed very widely spread. Beware!

I agree with Sascha - modern fake -worthless.
The condition would be not bad for original cross, a little surface corrosion is not the problem.
