Help with Unknown Landwehr medal

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this is for, what German state it may have come from and if possible a value.

I have a problem to find Hildreth in Germany! No German place name!
I think it could be from a town named Hildreth in the USA.
German veteran's organization have often been founded in the USA.
But I do not have any proof.
