Very nice and quite scarce these days! Is the lapel button backing marked silver?

Here is a similar enamel one, though in "ribbon bar" form, certainly for wear on a civilian suit lapel.

Looks like it had never any devices like the 3rd Reich long service eagles, so the 2 LS might be a regular NCO 9 or 12 years award and a Landwehr 2nd class.
