Some time ago members of this forum were kind enough to help me out with questions I had relating to the Prussian Kreiger-Verdienstmedaille 1873-1918.
I have tried unsuccessfully to reasearch this medal and I once again turn to the knowledable members of this forum in the hope they know of or can point me in the right direction in relation to the following:
a. at what level of the Imperial German Army was the award of this medal approved,
b. number of medals awarded to foreign troops, with particular reference to the Austro-Hungarians in particular, and
c. any reference material available on this medal (statutes etc).
