      It looks like a form of Austrian long sevice cross but I am unfamiliar with the central device which ought to be an eagle or a roman numeral depending on class.

        Yes it is similar, but not the same!

            Well I've just made a bit of research and found nothing
            Those medals are in fact Austro-Hungarians! The first 3... Then it's a service medal for Tirol, thus I'd say that other questioned one is an Austrian service medal, but for a Land, maybe for Tirol? You should ask an Austrian!

              I looked through my reference books and did not see it. Could it be a postwar Vet organization or some type of civil award? I do not think it is a carnival medal etc.

                It is a vetrans organization service medal. The Austrians were and are allowed to were their vetrans' assoc. awards with their military service awards. I can't remember which Krieger Bund it's from as there were a few.
