Small Ribbon Bar Help?

Can someone help me figure out what the second ribbon is on this bar (between the EK and Honor Cross)? It appears to be white and red on the obverse but light blue and red on the reverse. Could it be the Hessen Allgemeines Ehrenzeichen?

Yes, Jan is right! Allgemeines Ehrenzeichen from Hessen. I suspect due the other awards the "Für Tapferkeit" type.

Yup, that pale blue fades white all the time. At least you can see the back-- it's really tough if there is a cloth backing so only the edges of the back top and bottom show.

That's an officer's ribbon bar, from the Austro-Hungarian MMC 3rd Class w/War Decoration in last place, circa 1934-38 from the precedence.
