        Bremen Hanseatic Cross.

        And the Bavarian bar indicates the owner was an officer, since there is no long service award (remember, for REGULARS, WW1 counted double, 1914-1918 = "10 years") and draftees did not receive a Luitpold Jubilee Medal in either its 1905 or 1911 incarnations.
