    New EK1 J H Werner

Here's one that arrived today and pretty much broke the bank while doing it. It's an EK1 marked J H Werner Berlin on the rear. Suppose to be a pretty hard maker to come across. This one cost me but who knows when another will present itself. Might be a chance if I was in Germany or Europe but over here forget it. Sometimes you have to dig deep and I want to start putting some good one's in my collection so.... This cross has a great look to it in hand although it's not mint. I'm glad I have it in my collection.

That is a GREAT addition to your collection. A JH Werner
marked cross is indeed a rare bird. Yours is a very nice
looking example. Great patina and enough wear to give it
that "been there-done that" look but yet it is not all beat up.

            Great score

Thanks Greg. I'm gonna need some positive reinforcement on this one. Your take on the condition is right on. It's in good shape but has just the right look that brings you back in time. The pictures don't do it justice either.

I am jealous. Great catch and you won't regret it.

Well done Steve. We could only hope to have one like that in our collections. Steve

I was content with my purchase, even happier when I got it in my hands today and saw how nice it looked but these comments are really sealing the deal. Much appreciated.
