Enameled Long Service award question

Hello all,


I am wondering if any one could help me with a few questions of this enameled long service award??

first of all, I found this image online (the description did not specify the country of origin) so I would like to know if the award was Prussian, Bavarian, etc.??
seccond I would like to know if any of you have this medal? and could post an image please? to see it in more detail.
this award take my attention due their uncommon shape and looking the image,small size. I have not seen many imperial awards with different shapes from the common crosses and round medals

I think that we are dealing with here is a Prussian Landwehr (enlisted ranks) long service decoration of the type awarded from 1842 to 1913. Below is another example on a group which should give you an idea as to scale.

do you know for how many service years this medal was awarded?? I assume that after 1913 this award was changed by a round medal, any idea of why the change??
