There are three ribbons for the crosses "Treu dem Regiment", "Treu dem Bataillon" (see above) and "Treu der Marine" and maybe blue is the right colour of the last.

Great information, Werner! I have never seen any of those except the "True dem REGIMENT" medal... and did not know there were other ribbons for the "same" cross...

and now I know what the "Baltic Mystery Ribbon" which has been driving me crazy for YEARS is... though NOT why it is IMPROPERLY on a WW2 lapel bow from a highly decorated Nazi former Imperial officer:

#6 on the first bar is the "Ehrenkreuz" (lowest of 3 classes; the others having swords, and swords and crown) of the Sachsenbund Deutscher Weltkriegs-Teilnehmer e.V. .

#3 on the Baden is the "Feld-Ehrenkreuz 1. Klasse 1914-1918" of Landesverband Baden of the Deutscher Kriegerbund 1914-18 e, V./ Landes-Kriegerverbände (actually somewhat more common than the silvered 2nd class),
