ribbon bar ok?

Hi all,

I cannot "read" ribbon bars like some on this forum can (willing to learn, but there is so much to remember )

That's why I would like to use your peoples knowledge before I might buy this one; is this bar ok?

There seem to be some sort of device missing on the last ribbon though... (long service? Police?...?)

No problem with this.

Last ribbon had probably a Civilian 25 years long service device.
This bar reads for me like a young Lt7 1st Lt in WW1, maybe reserve guy. Finished probably military service short after the war and worked in whatever civilian governmental job.
