    Imperial EK1 rarity stats!

In light of public interest and a new book that is "in the works", I've decided that it's time to include Imperial EKs to the stats department in more detail. The main focus of this thread are the 1914EK1s, allthough you are more than welcome to add 1870s pieces too. 1813EKs aren't included for the simply reason that they did not have any makermarks (at least at the time of awarding) nor did they have makers that are known today and that could be traced to a manufacturer.
So once again, I'm asking for your support and endurance.
    Thank you in advance.

Remember that all EKs are magnetic pinpacks by default.

I can't post my own EK1 here as I have posted it over at Gmic, but I will post my EK2s here though. You are going to have to make the same choise. Post here or there, but do not post your EKs in both. Double posts are not the way to get accurate data.

Remember that this warning ONLY applies to these two stats threads that I have created on Imperial EKs, because these two are the ONLY ones that I have on two forums.

What's wrong with posting in both places?

When I put the results together, double posting makes the results inaccurate. And that way the benefits of having the same threads in two forums lose their value. See my point?

        Hi Antti,

Great idea. I would like to see a list of which makers we have and how many . However over the years I have added all of mine to your other list as I am sure most of us have done.

Yeah I know, It's a pain to start going through your EKs over and over simply because some jackass want's to count them forwards, backwards and sideways. But I think that there won't be anymore of these coming, since after these two, EKs are pretty much covered now. Besides, to me this is the only that it can be done. Counting them all in the space of just one thread isn't really practical.

So to do this, you are taking into consideration not only the maker but the mounting as well? For example a Godet pin back, Godet screw back, Godet pin back with side hooks? What about unknown makers with different mountings? 1 post screwback, 2 post screwback, round backing plate, cruciform backing plate? ray backs?
            Just courious

Fire away Greg, everything is beign taken into account that is different within the EKs. Makers are naturally the primary divider, but anything else devides them within particular makers, including the ones that are unknown. So don't be affraid to drown me with data.
