    Carl Holler goblet

After his victory on Lt. Kantel, May 30, 1917, Carl Holler was awarded with the "Ehrenbecher fur den Sieger im Luftkampf".
    The question is:
    Where is the goblet?
Who can help me on that search?

    Otto,

The Ehrensbecher were usually not marked with the name of the recipient, unless it was added at some later date. I have one. I know who received it, and other than the maker's stamp on the bottom, there's no name, and no date on it at all. Neal O'Connor mentions on PlM recipient who wrote his name on his with grease pencil, and intended one day to have his name engraved in the metal. Although the grease remained on the "Pokal", he never had the engraving done.

Good luck...you never know where it might be, and you've been very fortunate to recover what you have so far.
