I do not know of award rolls for this medal. The medal does, sometimes, have the owners name engraved on the rim.

      Hi Christian -

I do not know of and doubt the existence of an award list for the Langensalza medal. This medal was founded on 21 Oct. ‘66 for the battle which took place 27 June. Hannover ceased to exist as a kingdom and the royal family went into exile shortly thereafter.

On occassion, I have found the 1865 Hannoverian Court and State Handbook to be useful in gathering information on Langanzala medal recipients - remember that properly issued, like most other Hannoverian medals, the recipient’s name is impressed on the rim.

      Good luck and best wishes,
