Looks fine to me. The ribbon looks new, but that might just be the scan.

The EK looks good to me also, however as Tom has pointed out the ribbon does not appear to match age of the Cross.

It's ok if the ribbon was replaced. I needed the 1914 EK to go with a spange with ribbon I got for a new EK case I am making.
