My father is selling off his Zeppelin collection and one of the items, I believe to be a fake. We do not want to dupe anyone, so would like to confirm this before it is listed. I have seen a few threads that I could find on these and my suspicions are that it is indeed a fake, but of higher quality because silver content and stampings. It is rather heavy, so we believe it is solid and not plated. Any help would be helpful in that we don't want to deceive anyone.

A reproduction, I'm afraid. There are several things wrong with the markings on the reverse. Repros are being made and sold today that are marked with Juncker's name, and there are even reproduction Juncker cases sold with them. Sorry.
