German disc I.D> Paul Posern

posted this awhile back under the wrong thread.can anyone break down what units this soldier was attached to for me, was told the 1st unit was Heer Jager regiment, need to know if that is accurate and what the other units he might have been re assigned to..thanks for any help!

This is actually from WW 1 and should be in the Imperial forum section. J.R. is actually Infanterie Regiment, so no Jaeger involved. A moderator can move this for you.

The front of the tag is stamped to 1st Ersatz battalion Infantry Regiment 153 and the back side unit is Fusilier Regiment 36.
