This ExpoHistorica has been organized and coordinated by the Spanish Association of Recreation Historica DDR.

Belorado thank the City Council and its mágifico team and management support for this event, without which it would not have been possible to carry out all acts.
As big attraction was counted with the 1st reenactment on the German border that has been done in Spain.

Apart from our group of DDR, whose members come from different parts of the Spanish geography, we have the presence of several groups reenactment of WW2, Soviet, German, Polish, American and as a novelty, British troops of the year 80.
    I put some photos.
.... uniformity regarding our polish some things remain ... but with time everything is corrected.

Excellent pictures Spukmeyer, thank you for taking the time to post them. I always enjoy hearing about and seeing the other living history/reenactment type events that other DDR collectors participate in.

Typical reactionary aggression by the Military-Industrial Complex Genossen, As for the Para DZ patches, they will lucky if KOMSTITCH gets to them first.

              It looked a fun gig.

I read on the facebook german collectors page a discussion about areeanactment show in Saxony (an article in Der Spiegel). I didn't understand the whole conversation but it seems reenactment is baddly considered in Germany?

As normal Genosse, they are attempting to forget their history……. again.

.... Maybe the current government is afraid that the people of ex DDR can go back ..... (since the current economic situation ...... is no longer that of 1989)

As a French citizen I can can fully understand how heavy to bear can be national History. German History is not a simple one.

But as I said to a neophyte friend who tought all 3R items should be destroyed (in his mind it could be usefull to "clean" all pieces of horror to prevent it to rebirth), destroying or hidding 3R pieces would be equivalent to a destruction of proof, like they say in Justice procedures.
