Post your Ehrenzeichen VoPo 1st model

I bought the Ehrenzeichen VoPo 1st model which belonged to Willi Stoph. It bears the number 1515. To compare mine with others I would like to see the ones you guys have. This weekend I am going to get mine and will post pictures of it.

By the way, congratulations on such a remarkable and exceptional acquisition of a rare piece. I presume by your post, you acquired the Urkunde and Mappe. I'm guessing the Urkunde therein is signed by none other than Ulbricht?

I'm guessing this is going to be the type produced between 1949 and 1955. I don't think any of us have an example of this medal except for the kind that is attached to and suspended from a ribbon. So I doubt you are going to be able to get a comparison on this forum. I can't imagine how anyone will be able to post an example that will evenly compare.

Man, I'm envious.

That aside, I'm certainly interested in seeing your pictures, as I'm sure is everyone else.
