        Grenzflieger,

I just ordered a copy from ABEBooks. It is coming from Germany and including shipping my copy will cost C$46. and change. There are two more copies available on ABEBooks right now. I bought the cheapest copy available so those that are left will cost more. I just entered the title to find the books that were available.

        Regards,

        Gordon

          Hi Gordon,

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately the only two copies that were left were very expensive. The German seller wanted over 50 USD for it and a French seller wanted a lot for shipping. But I found one on ebay.de, 'sofort kaufen' for 25 euros. I'm looking forward getting it in my hands.

          Grüss, Felix

ABEBooks is where I got mine in Oct 09 and it cost me $42.87 of which $14.96 was postage to mail it from Berlin.

I assumed everyone knew about this book, I have a half dozen other VM related books. I guess I'll have to start a thread that lists them.

              Felix,

I guess we both bought ourselves a "delayed Christmas present".

              Regards,

Hi Felix and Gordon, you will not regret getting the book. It is a good one...you might also want to check out ebay.co.uk from time to time, as there is at least one seller there, who is regularly offering DDR books for sale at very cheap prices .... Cheers, Torsten.

Indeed. We will have something to look forward to after unwrapping dozens of socks and boxer shorts tomorrow night.

Kevin, I knew about this book but I didn't knew it was worth buying it. I have spend some money on NVA related books that I regretted afterwards.
