DDR bandsmen info.

Hi! Genosse ian here, looking for some and any info on DDR bandsmen and thier uniforms. Specifications, how many regiments there are, and any photos especially would help. I have just purchased two unissued NVA tunics which I concider a 'blank canvas', if you will. So, and pix or info regarding DDR bandsmen dress regulations, or uniform specifics would be of great help! THanks.

Hi Ian

I collect DDR music stuff , but I'm not an expert on uniforms .
I'm waiting on a booklet about the DDR militär musiker , I shall post photos of
it when I receive it .
I have many photos from DDR musiker , I also have some photo albums from
1956-1958 from the DDR music corps .
If you want , I can place some photos of those albums tomorrow .
