Look's like the older Type "Colani" Pea Coat with the small size Label. the Stamp is not claerly visible. I think it's 1966 but not sure.
The round Stamp is an approval/Test Stamp of the Ministry of National Defense.

yes there is a stamp MfNV= Ministerium für Nationale Verteidigung = Ministry of National Defence.

That's a short size 44, quite small. I would say around 40 euros.
