Please Help Me ID this tunic

Hey Matteo,

I've seen a couple of the converted from dark collar to open collar posted. It's easy to wrap my mind around that. They simply modified the collar. The key word being "modified". The one I am trying to identify now was obviously built from the ground up like it is. What makes me so sure of this is the "career" button placement. Tell me if I'm wrong.

I'm not sure if it's the same tunic in this listing, but if it isn't, it certainly seems like evidence that's it's legitimate.
Ideal guess it's likely a winter-variant for the border guard, to look fancy but keep warm.
