I just wanted to wish everyone a SAFE Memorial Day weekend. Please remember that it is a day to HONOR the sacrifice of the soldiers, sailors, airman, and Marines that have paid the price of FREEDOM, and now rest, "were the poppies grow"

It has been a very good Memorial Day weekend for my wife and I. We went out to a nice restaraunt, and afterwards continued to research my wife's family tree by visiting various cemeteries. While doing so, we've placed a small US flag on the grave of my great uncle who was killed in action during the Korean War.
