I found these slides today in a surplus store.

Are they what I think they are?

They are, it took a while but they are Konteradmiral for the field uniform.
All Bundesmarine insignia for field uniforms are hard to find, but a Flag Officer is crazy hard to find.

Does anyone know where I can find more sets of BM ranks on Flecktarn?

Heer senior ranks are actually pretty easy to find on German eBay if you know enough German to navigate it. Buying them and getting them back to the US is a different story. That's a crap shoot as many sellers either don't accept PayPal, don't ship to the US, or don't do either.
