I remember these "BGS" helmets with the fake Bundesadler decals! They were everywhere in mid-late 2000s. The helmets are not even BGS, but one of the Landespolizei with fake decals of course to sell as BGS honour guards or something like that.

What looks to be a Portuguese shirt converted to a BW hat:

That's maybe the reason why they never show the inside.

Can you all post images from the auction, as well as the link? Many of these links being discussed are no longer active.

This one is not BW, but it is too humorous to pass up:

                  http://www.ebay.com/itm/291497598113

Nearly every description in this exhaustively described listing is wrong! While he can be forgiven for not recognizing an ancient Swiss tunic, how could a British antiques dealer with a substantial militaria inventory mistake his own country's current service uniform cap for Kaiser Bill's relic?

The smallish tunic would have a difficult time fetching $100 in its moth-ravaged condition; the cap has no inherent collector value; so the asking price itself contributes significantly to the humor.

It's been a while since one of us posted something really fun, so I will change that with this submission:

                      http://www.ebay.de/itm/Bundeswehr-Un...AAAOSwT~9WjX5W

                      Only EUR 300

to be fair, he say it for Fasching, although the price is certainly not.

haha that iron cross lapel pin on the tunic is bad. Not sure, if that is a skull or alien head on it...

The price is why this made the list The person is not trying to scam people except out of money. And since there's about EUR50 worth of "bling" added to a EUR10 uniform, a EUR300 price tag is definitely worth a laugh. Plus, it's fun to see how much crap someone can fit onto one uniform when uniform regulations are not an issue

                            Friends,

Here is another addition to the "eBay laugh about" thread.

That Sumpftarn bread bag is a true mind blower.

                            All the best,
