Who can wear a Tätigkeitsabzeichen.

I was wondering, it was my belief that these "activity badges" (Tätigkeitsabzeichen) where only worn by Senior NCO's rank of Unteroffizier (Sergeant) and above, am I correct ? as I have seen junior ranks displaying these badges......

Even junior NCO's and - under certain conditions - "Mannschaften" can be "awarded" TA. Depends on their achieved qualification and term of service.
