    Gents - I thank you for your input.

    Just to recap, we've ruled out the following:
    - BGS rundblouse bottoms
    - BGS non-camo 60s era fatigue pants
    - DDR

    Possibilities
    - BGS 50s era Arbeitenzug (does such a garment actually exist?)
    - 60s era Polizei / Bereitschaftpolizei fatigue pants
    - TBD Swiss or Austrian pants

    Have I captured these correctly? Is there anything else we can rule in or out?

      Good list, I think!

      Yes, BGS did have an Arbeitsdienstanzug from the 1950s and into the 1960s. From what I can tell the 1950s version is the kinda molted green/yellow high polyester count cloth, similar to what Zoll used at the time. The 1960s type was HBT cotton. I don't know of others, but there probably was.

      Interesting, whatever it is.
