          Wow!! What a haul!! So nice to see a bunch of uniforms from the same soldier. The Affenjacke is beautiful!

          The helmet cover appears to have been made from a well used jacket or trousers, not a hood. Interesting as I've never seen one like that before, but of course it makes sense. I'm sure there are many like this out there.

          This great find couldn't have happened to a nicer guy

            ...thanks for the flowers !

            The only other camo item to put on a hard hat in my collecton is a well used hood for a splinter jacket ... totaly worn along the line bend around the edge of the helmet, secured with the inner helmet ...

              Very nice stuff. Like Steve, I especially like the majors tunc and matching field dress. Your drive was obviously worth it!
