As Uwe says, the shirt collar badges do not appear in the ZDv 37/10 regulations that are on line at the present time. These were written in 1996 (if I remember correctly) and have had a number of updates since that time.
They are shown in Kunstwadl's book "Vom der Affenjacke zum Troppentaranzug" and I have posted what he says about them, plus an English translation, below. The pictures Uwe posted confirm what Kunstwadl says in his book. Kunstwadl does not mention when the badges were introduced or if they continue to be in wear today.
It is also not clear if they were/are worn by all Sanitätsdienstes or just those at the Zentral Sanitätsdienstes.

At the right collar point of the service shirt carried the identification badge central of the Sanitätsdienstes for army and Air Force uniform (silver), as well as naval uniform (gold).
