Yes, you have a standard style of police identification card, and weapon authorization, for a Senior NCO from Schweinfurt City Police. It seems he was promoted from Oberwachtmeister to Hauptwachtmeister while he had this ID.

Nice Ausweis, although I do not collect Stadtpolizei items.

Am I only person who notices his new rank is misspelled ("Polizei-Huaptwachmeister")? With a stamp - how many of these did they stamp before they realised that?!
