Hi, whilst browsing last night I came across a certificate of appreciation given out post ww2 to individuals who assisted evaders in Europe. What interested me was it was to a Scottish born Belgium citizen who was part of the Comete line.
Accompanying the certificate were number of bw photos of the individual.The group has been auctioned in the U.K. three time in the last few years with estimate from £50to £300
Having never seen on of these certificate before and being unable to find out the price realised on the auctioneers websites what would be a reasonable price to pay for such a piece of paper?
