I have asked for a picture of the helmet without the net, but buyer told me as the net is original he doesnt want to take it off.

The net looks as though it would come off quite easily, I would insist or walk away

I would never buy a helmet with smudged markings especially one with web chinstraps.

It all depends on the price if its 500 quid then in focus photos are required if its 100 quid then take a risk and buy it . Rob

Hard to say with those bad pics.
€285 for a MkIII helmet is a bargain... And it looks quiet new on the last pic. But you can see on that pic too that the net must have been on it for some time. You can see the imprint.

Ask for photos taken by a camera and not smartphone. And outside in daylight

Most of these types were repainted.

So you guys think the helmet including its Liner/ chinstraps is original, but the helmet itself is repainted?

Is the fabrication date visible on the liner? Can't read it. As Brooksbz said you shouldn't buy a helmet with smudged markings on the liner.
Or the seller doesn't know what he is selling or there must be something wrong with the helmet if I see the price.

It is certainly a WW2 made helmet, but I can't make out the date (1943 or 1944).
At this price I would grab it and run.
